MomWOD: At Home workout

Squat- hold for 15 seconds, then perform 10 reps
Mountain climbers- 30 reps
Jump rope- 30 seconds
REPEAT 3 times

Pushup- hold for 15 seconds, then perform 10 reps
Marching planks- 30 reps
High Knees- 30 seconds
REPEAT 3 times

Lunge- hold for 15 seconds, then perform 10 reps, EACH leg
Mountain climbers- 30 reps
Jump rope- 30 seconds
REPEAT 3 times

Bentover row- hold (at navel) for 15 seconds, then perform 10 reps (use a heavy tote or small child if you don’t have weights)  😉

Marching planks- 30 reps
High Knees- 30 seconds
REPEAT 3 times
