Day 13: Today is an easy cardio day. Go for a brisk walk, a bike ride, or take the kids to the park! Get out that foam roller and loosen up while you’re at it!
Today we’re going to talk about supplements. I’m not big on taking all kinds of fancy things, mostly because I won’t remember. But I also don’t need all that nor do I want to spend money on that… I’d rather buy food! 🙂 But I do take the following:
*Multi-vitamin
*Biotin
*Fish oil
*Protein powder (mostly for post-workout)
That’s about it. The only other thing that I would recommend (that I need to get) is a greens supplement. There are a few good ones out there that would be a good complement. Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the hype of certain super supplements, but most people don’t need them.
Keep going with your eating habits that we talked about. Have you been able to consistently keep with the one or two items that you wanted to change?
