Day 20:
You know the drill… Today is an easy cardio day. Go for a brisk walk, a bike ride, or take the kids to the park! Get out that foam roller and loosen up while you’re at it!
We’ve got the final week ahead of us, so as we finish out next week, we’ll be preparing for another round of pushup tests and situp tests, as well as pictures and measurements.
I get asked a lot what I do as a mom to get my kids involved in fitness. And I must say, I just let them watch us (my husband and I). They know that it’s part of our lives and that’s it! So, to encourage all you busy moms, here are some videos that I’ve done of some workouts that my kids just ended up joining in on the fun! As you can see in the videos, they didn’t start working out with me, but as I got halfway in, they saw how fun some of the exercises were!
