I apologize for not getting Saturday and Sunday up. If you’ve been following along, then you know that those days are usually pretty laid back with some light physical activity.
Today is day 29 and since this is a 30 day challenge, we are going to wrap this up.
Today, Monday, perform one of the dynamic warm-ups. In fact, this would be a good time to create your own warm-up.
A calisthenic exercise followed by a dynamic stretch. Be sure to hit all the areas (hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, glutes, calves, etc).
Then, retest your 1 minute push-ups and 1 minute sit-ups. If you performed push-ups on your knees, last time, then do it the same way. We want to compare apples to apples.
After you’ve finished the tests, finish up with a circuit. Can you create your own? Do you want to know how to create your own so you can continue?
Tomorrow, we will finish with measurements and I’ll give you some tips on how to continue doing this on your own. Many of you have sent me emails and messages saying that this was a great kickstart and you want to keep going. We will make it happen!!
