30 Day Challenge: Day 23

Warm-up #2 (Jump Ropes… or pretend you have a jump rope!)
30 Jumps
10 Walking Lunges
30 Jumps
10 Knee Hug Stretches
30 Jumps
10 Quad Stretches
30 Jumps
10 Side Lunge Stretches

 

Glute Bridges x 10
Single Leg Glute Bridges x 8 each leg
Straight Leg Raise x 8 each leg
REPEAT the above 3 exercises THREE TIMES

Metabolic Workout– Deck of cards workout

Hearts = Push-ups
Diamonds = Mountain Climbers or Lunges (each leg) (PICK ONE)
Spades = Burpees or DB Rows (PICK ONE)
Clubs = Situps
Face cards (no matter what suit – 10 reps) = Squats

 

FINISH WITH:
Planks x 60 seconds (modify on knees, if needed)
Side Planks x 30 sec. each side
Repeat twice

    Looking forward to this great workout. Hope to complete it in less time than last week. As the challenge is coming to an end, I am getting a little nervous since this has been a great motivation and makes me complete all the workouts no matter what. Can we continue this Julia? What’s the process?
