Week 21/52: Nutrition 102- 3.5 things to master for body transformation

A couple weeks ago, I hosted a small workshop for local folks. This was a follow-up workshop to Nutrition 101 in which we outlined what exactly what carbohydrates are and what they do, what proteins and fats are, and the basic effects each of them has in the body.


While most of this information might seem basic to many people, to the men and women coming to my workshops, this is exactly what they need to hear. After several weeks of working with some of them on these points, they have seen tremendous improvements in body composition, weight lost, energy, feeling full, and enjoying foods.
