New Volleyball Strength program and YouTube videos!

Welcome back!  I wanted to share with you a few more things that I’ve released lately!

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have already seen the videos regarding volleyball warm-ups.  If not, check them on out IG, or go to my YouTube page and check it out there!

I also uploaded Month 2 of the FREE strength training program I released earlier. Month 1 was designed as a basic starter program for middle or high school volleyball players.  It teaches the basics of strength training, focusing on power, explosiveness and core and shoulder stability.  Month 2 builds on that, by introducing new exercises and gradually progressing the athlete into the next phase of strength building.  We have been using this as our summer strength program leading up to tryouts!  Check out MONTH 2 HERE!!
