I started working with Julia in June of 2012 to prepare for my October wedding. I felt like a total slob. I have always worked out but I had not done weight training in awhile and my nutrition was all over the place. I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me if I wanted to look and feel my best for my wedding. KristinaPatai1Throughout my time with Julia, I not only dropped 25 pounds but lost many inches and my energy skyrocketed! She had me lifting heavy weights and then I started modifying my diet. At first it wasn’t fast enough for me (I like results, like, yesterday) and then it began happening.

Julia had me tweak things every 3-4 weeks and guided me along the way. But the time it was close to my wedding, I felt amazing! It became not about the weight loss, but about how great I felt and STILL feel. Yes, I look better in clothes, but way beyond that, I have the energy of a teenager (and I’m 35 years old!) and my strength is insane.
