Still think you can’t train hard after having kids?

A lot of people say that once you become a mom, you let go of yourself… 

You lose a sense of who you once were and suddenly those adorable little kids take up every ounce of time and energy…

For me, training hard is part of who I am… 

It makes me a better mom and wife… 

More confidence, patience and passing along fitness to my kids…

All you strong mamas out there… 

Keep training hard! Our kids need us to teach and educate them on the power of strength of body and mind!!!

    Agreed! I have 3 little boys and I am in the best shape of my life. I enjoy working out and I am much more patient with them after a good workout! Also a great way to get them to live a healthy life style, my 7 year old loves doing pushups and things with us already!
