30 Day Challenge: Day 17

DAY 17- Easy cardio (go for a long walk, an easy bike ride or take the kids to the park! Play a game of recreational volleyball or go rollerblading!)

It’s been over 2 weeks since you’ve started. They say that it takes 21 ways to make a habit. Hopefully, the nutritional habits that you are choosing are starting to become a part of your everyday life.
